Custom LED Neon Signs in Vilnius

Create an illuminated logo, phrase, symbol or decorative outline that is designed around its real wall, viewing distance and atmosphere.

Custom LED neon uses a flexible illuminated profile with a diffuser, usually arranged on an acrylic backing. This method can translate lettering, logos and compact graphic forms into clean lines of light. It is frequently useful for cafés, bars, shops, offices, events and private interiors, but the design still needs to be adapted to the physical limits of the profile and the way people will see the finished sign.

Neonita begins with the purpose and setting rather than a standard product size. Send the wording or artwork, approximate dimensions and a photograph of the intended position. We consider line weight, spacing, ambient light, wall material, available power and mounting. If fine logo details cannot be reproduced clearly as illuminated lines, we explain where simplification or another treatment may be necessary.

The sign is produced as a complete project. We do not sell the lighting profile, power equipment, acrylic or mounting components separately. Each element is selected to work with the approved design and declared indoor, sheltered or exposed conditions.

    Design around communication

    Logos, lettering and decorative forms

A concise design normally reads more confidently in light than a composition filled with tiny details. Company logos may need line adjustments that preserve their recognisable character while making illuminated gaps and connections practical. Names, dates and phrases need enough spacing to remain legible from the normal entrance or seating position. Symbols and line drawings should be judged at finished scale, not only enlarged on a screen.

Colour can define mood or reinforce identity, and more than one colour may be possible where the composition supports it. Illuminated colours do not reproduce print or display values exactly. The wall, daylight and nearby fixtures influence perception, so a brand-sensitive project should choose from available illuminated colours with that difference in mind.

    • Logo-only and symbol-with-lettering arrangements
    • Names, short phrases, dates and simple illustrations
    • Single-colour and practical multicolour compositions
    • Feature-wall, window, reception and event applications

    The structure behind the light

    Backing, controls and cable planning

Acrylic backing gives the flexible profile a defined structure. It may be transparent, coloured, rectangular or cut closer to the illuminated shape. Clear material can reduce visual weight, while a deliberate panel can become part of the graphic. The choice affects rigidity, fixing positions, handling and whether the sign can be moved later.

The current configurator includes a remote-control option for suitable LED projects. Its exact function and compatibility are confirmed in the individual proposal rather than assumed from a generic example. The selected control, power supply and cable exit should be planned with the sign. A neat route to the nearest suitable electrical point is easier to prepare before production than after the wall is finished.

    Specify the real location

Indoor, sheltered and exposed use are not identical

Tell us exactly where the sign will operate. A dry interior wall, a position under a canopy and a fully exposed exterior need different decisions about components, backing, connections and access. An indoor construction should never be assumed suitable for changing outdoor conditions simply because the illuminated face looks similar.

For business façades and sensitive buildings, permission may also be required from an owner, manager, municipality or heritage authority. The customer should confirm the requirements that apply to the site. Neonita can define the sign and discuss its installation direction, but the wider building approval process remains specific to the property.

    A clear route to production

    From enquiry to finished sign

Start with the correct wording or artwork, approximate width and height, a location photograph and any fixed date. We review the setting and help assess size, colour, line treatment, backing, controls and mounting. The customer then checks the final spelling, proportions, dimensions, colour direction and cable position before approving production.

After fabrication and electrical assembly, the completed sign is checked as a complete piece before the agreed delivery or installation step. Timing depends on design approval, revisions, production, testing and delivery, so opening and event dates should be shared at the first contact rather than after artwork has been approved.

    Think beyond the first switch-on

    Installation access and everyday care

The wall material influences the mounting method. Plasterboard, brick, tile, timber and glazing require different preparation, and the weight and shape of the backing must be considered. If the sign needs to move between events or rooms, mention that before production so backing, connections and protective handling can be planned accordingly.

Switch the sign off and disconnect it before cleaning. Use a soft, dry or only lightly damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals and do not soak electrical parts or pull the flexible lighting. Practical access around the installed sign makes gentle cleaning and future inspection easier.
