    Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Neonita-Reklama UAB handles personal information when you use this website or contact the Vilnius workshop.

Neonita receives information when you submit a project enquiry, upload reference files, contact the company directly or use website functions connected with an account or order. We aim to use only the information reasonably needed to answer the request, prepare the requested service and operate the website.

The company contact details are Neonita-Reklama UAB, P. Vileišio g. 18, Vilnius, 10306 Vilniaus m. sav., telephone +370 699 45755 and email signs@neonita.com. Privacy questions and requests concerning your personal information can be sent to that email address.

This page describes the website as it currently operates. If a new analytics, advertising or communication tool is introduced later, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated to reflect that change.

    Contact Neonita about privacy

    Information you provide

Enquiries, contact details and uploaded files

The enquiry form can receive your email address, telephone number, description of the idea and images or other reference files you choose to upload. Those files may contain logos, sketches, room photographs, measurements or other project information. Direct email or telephone conversations may provide the same information in another form.

If you use an account, configurator, checkout or payment-related feature, the website may also process the identifiers and order information necessary to provide that function. Payment information is handled through the applicable payment interface; this policy does not state that Neonita receives or stores every card detail entered with a payment provider.

Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in photographs or files. Before uploading material about another person or a private property, make sure you are entitled to share it for the purpose of discussing the project.

    Why information is used

Responding to requests and providing website functions

Contact and project information is used to respond to your message, understand the requested sign, ask for missing details, prepare a design discussion or quotation, coordinate production and provide the agreed delivery or installation information. It may also be needed to keep a record of approvals, orders, payments and communications connected with the project.

Technical information may be processed to keep the website and its forms working, protect accounts and diagnose errors. This policy does not describe a separate advertising or behavioural-profiling programme. If that changes, the relevant information and consent choices will be added before such processing begins where applicable.

    Services supporting the website

Hosting, email, payments, storage and embedded maps

Website information may be processed by providers that support hosting, database or file storage, email delivery and payment functionality. Information is shared only as needed to provide the relevant function, and each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading the map can allow Google to receive technical information such as the requesting IP address, browser information and interaction with the embedded content under Google’s own policies. You can use the written address without interacting with the map.

    Website operation

    Cookies, security and retention

The website may use technical storage that is necessary for language choice, authentication, security, forms, a shopping or checkout flow, or other requested functions. If non-essential analytics or marketing storage is added, it will be documented and, where required, activated only after an appropriate choice has been offered.

Neonita uses reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No website or transmission method can promise absolute security, so please do not send unnecessary sensitive data through a project form. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for the relevant function.

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, project, accounting, dispute handling or another applicable legal requirement. Different records may have different obligations, so this policy does not invent one universal retention period. A specific deletion request can be assessed against the record and any duty to retain it.

    Your choices

Access, correction, deletion and objection requests

Depending on applicable data-protection law and the circumstances, you may ask whether Neonita holds personal information about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or request information in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send a request to signs@neonita.com and provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry or account. Neonita may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information. A request may be limited where retention or processing is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If you believe a privacy concern has not been resolved, you may contact the data-protection authority responsible under applicable law. Contacting Neonita first can help identify the record and address a practical issue quickly, but it does not remove any right to approach an authority.

    Keeping the notice current

    Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date is changed whenever the published text is materially revised. Earlier project communications and contractual records remain subject to the terms and legal requirements that apply to them.

Questions about this notice, the data connected with an enquiry or an uploaded file can be directed to Neonita using the contact details above. Please do not place sensitive identification documents in an ordinary project enquiry unless they have specifically been requested through an appropriate process.
