Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the Neonita website and the general framework for discussing custom neon work with Neonita-Reklama UAB.
Neonita-Reklama UAB is located at P. Vileišio g. 18, Vilnius, 10306 Vilniaus m. sav.. You can contact the company at signs@neonita.com or +370 699 45755. Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and any written quotation, order confirmation or project-specific agreement supplied for a custom sign.
Website content explains services and typical processes but cannot replace an individual technical review. Images illustrate existing forms and applications and do not promise that every design, colour, size, material or installation method is available for every project. A contract for custom work is formed only through the applicable written acceptance or order process, not simply by browsing the site or sending an initial enquiry.
If a written quotation or signed agreement states project-specific terms that differ from this general page, the project-specific document governs that project to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer or other legal rights are not removed by these website terms.
Using the website
Information, configurator and acceptable use
You may use the public website to learn about Neonita, explore sign options, prepare an enquiry and use available configuration or upload functions. Configurator visuals are planning aids. Screen colour, scale and placement are approximate and should not be treated as a final production proof, technical drawing or guarantee that an installation will look identical in the real room.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with forms or services, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or submit content that is unlawful or infringes another party’s rights. Automated activity that disrupts the site or extracts protected information without permission is not allowed.
Neonita may correct website errors, update descriptions or change available functions. A typographical error, outdated photograph or general statement does not override the details confirmed in a current written quotation for an individual project.
Starting a project
Enquiries, quotations and project scope
An enquiry should include the wording or artwork, approximate dimensions, intended location, wall information and desired date where known. Neonita may ask for further measurements, photographs, files or access information before proposing a solution. An initial discussion is not a promise that every concept can be produced exactly as submitted.
The written quotation identifies the sign, agreed specification, price, payment arrangement, expected scope and relevant delivery or installation details. Unless the quotation says otherwise, changes to artwork, dimensions, colours, materials, controls, exposure or site conditions may require a revised price or schedule. The customer is responsible for reviewing the quotation and asking about anything that is unclear before acceptance.
Any price, delivery statement, warranty reference or promotion on the website must be read with its stated eligibility, the written order documentation and mandatory law. A general banner does not add a geographic shipping area, remedy or other condition that has not been confirmed for the individual order.
Customer-provided content
Artwork rights and production approval
By submitting a logo, photograph, illustration, font, text or other material, the customer confirms that they are entitled to use it for the requested project and to authorise Neonita to adapt it for design, quotation and production. Do not submit confidential or third-party material unless you have the necessary authority.
Before production, the customer must check the final wording, spelling, logo version, dimensions, proportions, colour direction and any indicated cable position. Very fine or tightly spaced artwork may need practical adaptation for LED profile or glass tubing. Production follows the approved direction, so an error present in an approved proof may not be treated in the same way as a manufacturing departure from that proof.
Illuminated colour can differ from print, paint and screen displays because light, gas, tube coating, wall colour and ambient conditions affect perception. Handmade glass neon can also show the natural characteristics of individually shaped tubes. These material qualities should be distinguished from a failure to follow the agreed design.
Custom manufacture
Production, changes and cancellation
Custom signs may involve design preparation, pattern making, LED or glass fabrication, electrical assembly, testing and packing. Once materials have been committed or custom production has begun, a requested change can require new work, materials, price and timing. Neonita will explain the effect of a requested change before continuing where reasonably possible.
Payment stages, cancellation rights and any consequences of stopping a custom order are governed by the written quotation, order confirmation and applicable law. These general terms do not invent a universal deposit, cancellation fee or return period. Custom-made goods may be treated differently from standard goods, but mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where relevant.
A fixed opening or event date must be shared before acceptance. Timing can depend on customer approval, revisions, production, testing, supplier availability and agreed delivery. Any essential date is recorded in the project documentation rather than left to a general website estimate.
The intended location
Site information and installation responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information about the wall, dimensions, power point, cable route, indoor or outdoor exposure, access and any known restrictions. If the location changes or the supplied information is incomplete, the original backing, electrical or mounting plan may no longer be suitable. Changed conditions should be reported before installation.
The quotation states whether Neonita is delivering the sign, arranging installation or supplying the sign for installation by others. Any required wall preparation, concealed support, electrical work, access equipment or coordination with other trades is also agreed. Work outside the stated scope is not automatically included.
The customer is responsible for confirming permissions required by a property owner, lease, municipality, heritage authority or other relevant body unless a written agreement explicitly assigns a particular task elsewhere. Neonita may rely on the customer and site professionals for accurate building and electrical information.
Handover and aftercare
Delivery, inspection, care and warranty information
Delivery method, address, packaging, collection and installation timing are stated in the project documentation. Glass neon and other custom signs must be handled according to their construction. The customer is asked to inspect the delivered work reasonably promptly and contact Neonita with photographs and order information if there is an apparent transport or production issue.
Operate, clean and maintain the sign according to the supplied instructions. Disconnect it before cleaning, use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals and do not soak electrical parts or pull illuminated profiles or glass tubes. Unauthorised alteration, unsuitable site power, impact, incorrect relocation or use in conditions different from the agreed specification may affect available support.
The written order documentation defines any commercial warranty offered for a project, including its start, scope and available remedy. These general terms do not expand or reduce any mandatory warranty or consumer rights that apply under law.
Rights and responsibility
Website content, project materials and legal limits
The Neonita name, original website text, layouts and company-created images or designs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise. Permission to view the site or receive a quotation does not grant a right to copy, publish or commercially exploit those materials. Customer-owned marks remain subject to the customer’s and relevant rights holders’ rights.
Each party remains responsible for the information, approvals and tasks assigned to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation or remedy for a particular order should be interpreted with the written project documents and applicable Lithuanian and mandatory consumer law.
If a disagreement arises, contact Neonita first with the order details and a clear description of the issue so the project record can be reviewed. Practical concerns can often be addressed through the documented design, quotation, approval and handover information before other remedies available under law are pursued.
Current terms
Updates and contact
These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top is revised when a material change is published. A later website update does not silently rewrite an already accepted project agreement unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
Questions about website use or a proposed order can be sent to signs@neonita.com. Include the relevant quotation or order reference when asking about an existing project, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry.
