    Contact Neonita

Tell us what you would like to illuminate, where the sign will be used and what information you already have.

Neonita-Reklama UAB works from P. Vileišio g. 18, Vilnius, 10306 Vilniaus m. sav.. You can contact Sergej Vasiljev and the team by phone at +370 699 45755 or by email at signs@neonita.com. Regular opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00; the workshop is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

A first enquiry does not need to contain a complete technical specification. A logo, phrase, illustration, sketch or photograph can be enough to begin. Add the approximate finished width and height, a photograph of the intended wall and any fixed opening or event date. This gives us a practical basis for discussing whether custom LED neon or traditional hand-bent glass neon is the more useful direction.

If you plan to visit, contact Neonita first so the relevant project information can be prepared. The embedded map below identifies the same Vilnius location as the written company details. For questions concerning an existing enquiry, include the email address or phone number used in the original message so the conversation can be matched correctly.

See the workshop’s local focus and connected services on our guide to neon signs in Vilnius.

    Make the first message useful

What to include in a neon sign enquiry

Start with the exact wording or the correct version of the logo. If you only have a rough sketch, say which details are essential and which can be adapted. Provide approximate dimensions or measure the available wall width and height. A straight-on photograph from the main viewing position helps us judge scale, surrounding light, furniture and other features that may affect the composition.

Show the nearest suitable electrical point and describe the wall as accurately as possible: plasterboard, brick, tile, timber, glass or another material. State whether the position is indoors, sheltered or fully exposed. If an interior designer, builder, electrician or property manager is involved, include the relevant wall elevation or contact information when the project reaches technical planning.

    • Correct logo file, final wording, illustration or sketch
    • Approximate finished width and height
    • Wall photograph and main viewing distance
    • Wall material, power point and preferred cable route
    • Indoor, sheltered or exposed location
    • Required date and expected installation responsibility

    Artwork and photographs

Useful files do not need to be perfect at the start

AI, EPS, SVG and print-ready PDF files are useful when a company logo is already approved, but they are not required for the first conversation. You can upload reference photographs and sketches through the enquiry form. If an image contains confidential project information or personal data, send only what is necessary for Neonita to understand the sign and location.

Before production, the final spelling, logo version, dimensions, proportions, colour direction and cable position should be confirmed. Very fine printed details may need to be simplified for illuminated production. We explain the reason for practical adaptations so the customer can approve a workable design rather than discover the change after fabrication.

    Individual proposals

Why a useful quote needs project information

Price depends on size, complexity, colours, backing, controls, electrical components, environmental protection, mounting, delivery and any arranged installation. A generic price based only on centimetres would ignore the design and site decisions that make one sign different from another. Artwork, dimensions and a wall photograph allow the proposal to reflect the intended result.

Timing depends on design approval, revisions, production, assembly, testing and delivery. Share a fixed opening, event or handover date in the first message. Neonita can then discuss the project’s sequence without relying on an unsupported standard lead time. The written proposal should identify the agreed scope for that order.

    Visit the Vilnius workshop

Discuss materials and scale in person

The main production materials are kept at the Vilnius workshop, and particular tubes, colours or technical components can be sourced for individual projects. These components are not sold separately. They are selected as parts of complete Neonita signs according to the design and operating environment.

An arranged visit can be helpful when comparing the physical character of glass neon and LED neon, reviewing likely scale or discussing an existing wall. Contact the team before travelling, especially if you need to meet a particular person or review project-specific information.

    What happens next

From contact to an approved direction

After receiving the brief, Neonita identifies any missing dimensions, artwork or site details. The next discussion can cover production method, size, colour, backing, controls, power and mounting. When the visual and technical direction is ready, the customer reviews it before fabrication begins.

For a traditional glass sign, production includes a full-size pattern, hand bending, electrodes, gas processing, electrical assembly and test-stand checks. For LED neon, flexible illuminated profiles, acrylic backing, power and selected controls form the complete sign. Both methods require the final location to be described accurately.
